FASD Learning Series Final Report 2009-10

The FASD Videoconference Learning Series, administered through Alberta Children and Youth Services, was introduced in 2007 to increase community and individual capacity to support individuals with FASD and their caregivers across the lifespan. The initiative specifically addresses the need for educational programs that target a wide variety of urban and rural audiences.

The 2009/10 FASD Videoconference Learning Series presented 18 educational sessions between September 2009 and March 2010. Sessions were targeted to the following sectors: social support services, health care, education, justice, employment and individuals affected by FASD (including their family members and caregivers).
